Terms and conditions
Bookings, cancellations and stay rules
Bookings
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total value of the stay is required. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of check-in.
Cancellation and refund policy
If the guest requests to cancel their booking at least 72 hours before the check-in date, they may request a refund of the deposit paid. A 10% deduction will be applied to the amount refunded, corresponding to commission and bank transaction costs.
Once the 72-hour period before check-in has passed, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, change of plans, inability to travel or any other circumstance. This is because, once this period has passed, El Tabor Botanique has reserved and blocked the space exclusively for the guest, losing the chance to offer it again to other visitors.
Rescheduling policy
We understand that unexpected changes in travel plans can arise. For this reason, the guest may request to reschedule their booking to a new date, subject to availability.
If the rescheduling is approved, the deposit paid will be kept as a credit in favor of the guest, applicable to the new booking date. The rates and availability for the new date may vary.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made through El Tabor Botanique's official communication channels.
Couples and minors
Tabor Botanique is designed exclusively for experiences as a couple and is not pet friendly. Lodging for minors as a couple is not allowed under any circumstances, even with a notarized authorization. Minors may only stay in special cases authorized in advance and always accompanied by their parents.
Check-in
Check-in is allowed until 10:00 PM. After that time, entry may be denied to the guest. Arriving after 10:00 PM without prior authorization does not entitle the guest to a refund.
Grills and cooking equipment
Bringing in or using grills, barbecues, stoves, burners or any item intended for cooking is prohibited.
Music
Speakers are allowed as long as the volume is kept responsible and the peace of other guests is not disturbed.
Roses and flowers
Using or scattering roses, petals, flowers or any floral element in the jacuzzi or on the bed is prohibited, due to the risk of stains and damage to textiles and surfaces. If evidence of their use is found, a fine of COP $300,000 will be charged for special cleaning and treatment of the affected areas.
By paying for the booking, the guest declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
